Swanson Family Academy’s Spring Break Camp is a dynamic learning experience where children build foundational literacy and math skills, prepare for DC CAPE testing, and develop MAP skills in a supportive environment. Rooted in our mission to educate, inspire, and empower families to transform their communities and build a legacy, we meet students where they are, fostering confidence and self-sufficiency. Engaging lessons are paired with exciting field trips that make literacy and learning fun. Tuition includes breakfast and lunch, while parents provide morning and afternoon snacks—donations are welcome! Through our holistic approach, we cultivate confident, capable learners ready to excel in school and beyond.
Cancellation Policy
Swanson Family Academy Spring Break Camp Policy and Agreement 1. Registration and Payment A non-refundable registration fee of $50 is required at the time of registration. All camp fees are due in full and up front prior to the start of camp. Payment must be completed to secure your child’s spot. 2. Refund Policy All payments, including the registration fee, are final. No refunds or returns will be issued under any circumstances. 3. Behavior and Conduct The safety and well-being of all children and staff at Swanson Family Academy is our highest priority. We reserve the right to expel any child or family for extreme disrespect or dangerous behavior or actions that compromise the safety and integrity of the camp environment. Decisions to expel will be made at the sole discretion of camp administrators to ensure a safe and respectful experience for everyone. 4. Protection and Liability By enrolling, parents/guardians acknowledge that the camp’s policies are in place to protect all participants and staff. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to inform camp staff of any relevant information regarding behavior or special needs prior to the start of camp. 5. Agreement By completing the registration process, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these policies. Any disputes or issues arising from these policies will be resolved by the camp administration.
