Village Moms… today was nothing short of beautiful.

Our Mama’s Day Out wasn’t just a hike—it was a sacred space for healing, laughter, truth, and real sisterhood. Together, we walked the trail and walked through our stories—of strength, of struggle, of still showing up with love.

We shared how we practice self-love through the chaos, how we re-center when life tries to knock us down, and how powerful it is to simply be held by other women who understand.

Our affirmation jars were a favorite—small jars, big reminders. Daily words to whisper to ourselves: You are worthy. You are enough. You are healing.

Thank you to every mama who showed up physically and spiritually. You made the day what it was. 💛

Lately I have been using the word AMAZING when someone ask me how Im feeling each day . I have a had a few people tell me that is a word they havent heard anyone use to describe how they feeling . The latest person was a doctor at a clinic who see people daily . So word for the year is amazing.
