Participate in our Family Legacy building workshop designed to strengthen family bonds and improve overall well-being. Through engaging activities and discussions, families will learn strategies to support each other and create a nurturing home environment.
Cancellation Policy
At Swanson Family Academy, we are committed to creating a safe, loving, and supportive environment where all participants can grow, learn, and build lasting legacies. To ensure a meaningful and enriching experience for everyone, we ask that all participants uphold the following principles: 1. Operate in Love and Respect Treat every participant with kindness, compassion, and understanding. Assume good intentions in all interactions, even when opinions differ. Avoid negative or harmful speech about others; instead, speak life and encouragement. 2. Foster a Safe and Judgment-Free Space Everyone’s journey is unique—honor and respect the experiences and perspectives of others. Listen with an open heart and without judgment. Use differences as opportunities for learning and connection rather than division. 3. Build Character and Uplift One Another Speak with integrity, honesty, and a commitment to personal and collective growth. Offer support and encouragement to others on their journey. Celebrate progress and success, both big and small. 4. Communicate with Emotional Intelligence Express thoughts and feelings using “I” statements to own personal experiences and avoid blame (e.g., “I feel…” rather than “You always…”). If disagreements arise, engage in thoughtful dialogue rather than reacting in anger. Seek common ground when possible, and when differences remain, respectfully agree to disagree. 5. Be Accountable to the Community Show up as your best self and commit to the values of unity and self-improvement. Take responsibility for your words, actions, and energy in the space. Support others in their growth while being open to constructive feedback for your own. By participating in the Family Legacy Building Workshop, you agree to uphold these values and contribute to a space where love, wisdom, and community thrive.
